About Bailey

In high school, I consistently cared for my young siblings and other kids until I took a summer job at a public pool as a lifeguard. Since I was a lifeguard, I have a knowledge of basic first aid, water safety, and the ability to safely control a group of early swimmers around a pool. I have babysat children from ages 10 months and older, but I am fully capable of caring for any age infant or child. I am a hard worker and absolutely adore children. I am a registered behavior technician who practiced early childhood intervention applied behavioral analysis for children on the autism spectrum. I love my job, but I miss working one on one with a kid or kids and their family, really getting to know the ins and outs. I have gained valuable experience which has taught me how to incorporate learning opportunities into every ounce of fun and I have a greater knowledge of how to approach a wider range of behaviors.
