About Bailey

Nurturing children and their curiosity, helping them reach new milstones, and working to help them and their families thrive is my passion, and what I am truly meant to do. With five years of experience caring for children ages 0 to 5, I provide a patient, loving, and creative environment for your little ones. I hold First Aid Training and CPR Training certifications, and my ECD coursework allows me to support your children's growth effectively. Whether we are exploring outdoors, dancing in the kitchen, or engaging in age appropriate educational games, I encourage imaginative play. I appreciate how important socialization is and love helping to accommodate play dates, spend time at the playground, library, etc. Respecting parent's rules, schedules and boundaries is incredibly important to me. I live by transparency in everything I do, especially as a nanny. Clear communication is something I pride myself on, and find vital when working with a family to provide the best care!
