About Bailey

I am Bailey-- a nanny, creative and mindfulness instructor. I have worked professionally as a nanny, mother's help and on-call caregiver from 2018 onward. It has become my passion and has brought me immense joy. I have cared for children from the age of 3 months up to 13 years old, and I am equipped with skills to keep all ages entertained. I am happy to do light cooking and cleaning on the job. I would say that to me, the best part of working with children is fostering a relationship with them and watching them grow. I always think I learn as much from kids as they learn from me. I would describe myself as honest, flexible, energetic, communicative and proactive. My childcare philosophy centers around social-emotional learning while being supported by techniques drawn from Montessori, Waldorf, World-schooling, and Un-schooling techniques.
