About Bailey

Hi, my name is Bailey! I am a CNA with experience in dementia care and a strong passion for supporting seniors with dignity, patience, and compassion. I began working in a locked dementia unit at 16 years old, where I spent two years providing hands-on care, companionship, and emotional support to residents and their families. I understand how important it is to not only assist with daily needs, but also to create a safe, comforting environment where seniors feel respected and heard. I enjoy building real connections, listening to life stories, and being a steady, supportive presence. I am experienced with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support, meal assistance, and companionship care. I am also currently working PRN as a CNA and remain committed to providing reliable, quality care.
