About Bailey

As a recent psychology graduate, I believe exceptional childcare is built on trust, consistency, and genuine respect for each child's individuality. My goal is to create an environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence. Through my experience teaching children, I've learned that meaningful relationships are built through patience, encouragement, and meeting each child where they are. I value partnering with parents through open communication and dependable care, recognizing that every family has unique routines and priorities. My hope is not simply to supervise children while their parents are away, but to be a consistent, positive influence during the time they are entrusted to my care.
