About Bailey

*I am currently seeking a W2 position with a schedule of 2-3 8-10 hour shifts weekly, prioritizing nanny share arrangements.* Hi, I'm Bailey! I am an active and engaged childcare provider that enjoys supporting children through all stages of life. I have six years of professional experience working with children aged 1 month - 5 years. I also have over four years of experience working with multiples including nanny share arrangements and siblings. I form a meaningful bond with every child that I work with. It brings me so much joy to watch children learn and grow as they explore the world around them. I am intentional about providing the best care possible to all children that I work with. I plan age-appropriate activities that support development, independence, and curiosity. Outside of my work as a nanny, one of my priorities is to support all children's right to thrive. I have over 5 years of experience volunteering in food justice geared toward children and families.
