About Bailey

Hi! My name is Bailey, and I'm looking for a nanny or babysitter position. I'm a warm and personable caregiver who enjoys spending time with kids and helping them learn and grow. I'm passionate about creating a positive environment and creating strong, trusting relationships with both kids and parents. I'd describe my personality as warm, patient, and attentive. I find fulfillment in giving kids intentional love and care. Whether it's helping them navigate new feeling or experiences, or just sharing joy with them, I find a lot of meaning in working with kids. I started working with kids at 14 as a junior counselor for a summer camp. I continued working for here even into college and as a counselor for kids aged 5-11. In my spare time, I like to read and write, as well as get outside as much as I can. I also enjoy cooking and dancing! My top 3 child care skills are communicating well with kids, staying calm and patient under stress, and supporting kids in learning new skills.
