About Barbara

I have done some nannying in the past and I absolutely love children. I worked with one family for numerous years and grew close with the kids. I also have a niece and a nephew who mean the world to me, I love taking care of them when given the opportunity. Last year I spent 3 months in Cape Town, South Africa teaching art to underprivileged kids at a school for disabled children. I grew very close with the children and felt that I accomplished a lot while I was there. I taught dance to children of all ages for a few years, and I have danced among children of all ages as a leader. I get along easily with children, and I think it is important for children to have people in their lives who they can trust and be comfortable with.
