Our senior community is one that should be treated with patience, respect, compassion and dignity. I may not be a registered nurse but have numerous years experience caring for seniors. Beginning with my own father, whom had Parkinson's Disease. He was home bound for 10 years and I assisted with everything from hygiene, dressing, food shopping, meal prep, companionship, and driving to& from dr appts. Next, cared for my husband, whom gradually had gone from minimal to advanced dementia. Doing all necessities.
