Barb has been amazing. I am completely comfortable leaving my son in her care. She has helped my son transition through infancy to becoming a toddler. She is always engaged with him while he is awake. She is on time every day and is willing to be flexible when needed. She keeps my son on a good routine and communicates how the day went at the end of the day. It's obviously hard to trust someone else with your baby, but she made that easy!
