For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to adults and seniors. My graduate studies equipped me with a strong foundation for understanding individual needs. I offer respite care, live-in assistance, transportation, and support with hospice, home health, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm also experienced in dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and encouraging physical activity. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I build connections by understanding your loved one's preferences and history. I communicate through written reports and verbal updates, always following your preferred method. I can de-escalate stressful situations, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. Supporting well-being and independence is my passion, and I strive to make a positive impact on the lives of those I care for.
