I am currently a Special Education teacher in Fairfax County Virginia. I have taught 1st and 2nd grade, and this year I am teaching Third Grade. This is my 6th year teaching. While I am a special education teacher, I also work with students of all abilities. I have experience with tutoring, teaching, and babysitting children ages 1-13, with and without disabilities. I currently have a teaching license for Special Ed. - General Curriculum Grades K-12 and Elementary Education Grades PreK-6. I currently tutor reading for a 4th grade student who has Dyslexia, and spelling for a student who accesses the general education curriculum. I am trained in several reading, writing, math, and behavior programs, and have access to resources for all subject areas. I live in Arlington, but I work in Fairfax Station, so I would be willing to tutor in Arlington, Fairfax, DC, and some areas of MD.
