About Baylee

Hello! I am interested in partnering with families to create a warm, loving environment. My goal is to help children grow and develop skills through exploration, play, and pre-academic learning. I have a background in public schools and private childcare centers so I am able to provide a variety of resources and skills. I am a believer in play-based learning that is developmentally appropriate, giving children access to reading, crafting, pretend play, and other pre-academic skills that allow children to learn through safe and fun trial and error. I enjoy implementing a whole-child approach that emphasizes social-emotional learning, self-regulation techniques, and nurturing a healthy relationship with children that allows them to reach their full potential.
