About Bayleigh

I'd describe my personality as kind, compassionate, and outgoing. I like working with kids because of the joy that comes with seeing them grow and develop. I love how inquisitive kids are and really enjoy seeing their beautiful imagination during playtime. I started working with kids when I had turned 16 as a babysitter for multiple of my neighbors and children about the Haymarket area. I then began working for AlphaBest education as a teachers assistant for two years where I worked with all different kinds of children. In my spare time, I like to read, color, go on long walks, and spend time with friends and family. I am also a pre-med student so I do spend a large amount of time studying. One thing you should know about me is I am caring, creative, and excited to work. My skills include remaining calm in all situations, staying consistent as children thrive with a schedule, and engaging with children of all different personalities.
