About Beth

Hello! I have been working with children since I was 15, and most recently, I provided in-home care for 5-year-old twin girls, 8-4 Monday-Friday for over a year, and their 7-year-old brother during his school breaks. I had spent two years before this job working in various coffee shops around the Kansas City area but found myself missing working with children. Previously, while attending school at the University of Kansas, I nannied part-time for a family through the early pandemic, looking after their 9-month-old with special needs for nearly a year. The year prior, I also cared for the family's 13-year-old daughter. I love to craft and encourage children's imaginations and have time dedicated to learning. I value creating lasting relationships with the families I work with, and I always show up as my most authentic self, providing children with a loving and safe space. I will begin cosmetology school at the start of July (that will fill up my schedule from 9-4:30 Monday-Friday)
