About Betsey

Hi! I'm a 27-year-old born and raised New Yorker currently living in Upper Manhattan. I have 14 years of camp experience as a camper and counselor, along with extensive babysitting throughout my teens and early 20s. I'm comfortable working with all ages, however have limited experience with newborns. I am CPR and first aid certified, and have a lifeguarding and swim instruction background. I grew up playing soccer, softball, and swimming, and I love keeping kids active, creative, and engaged through sports and arts and crafts. I am a big fan of cooking and am happy to help keep the home tidy and organized. I've also had experience tutoring elementary and middle school students in math and reading. I have cats myself and am very comfortable with all pets! I currently work a 9-5 but am available evenings and some weekends. I'm fun, reliable, and great at setting clear rules and boundaries.
