About Betty

Hello, My name is Betty. My love is for children, the elderly and pets. I have experience working with all three. I started babysitting when I was a teenager. I raised one child to adulthood, took care of my 4 younger siblings so my parents could work and cared for my grandchildren when needed. I relate well to children and they to me. I was also my mom's main caregiver after she had a stroke. She did very well with me because she was able to stay at home and she was making great progress until she had her 2nd stroke and had to be placed into a nursing home. I have experience caring for those who have had mild to advanced dementia. Love animals. Have a pet myself. I have a great work history, am dependable and would love the chance to help you out. I can provide references. Prefer to work part-time hours. Have been vaccinated for Covid.
