My name is Biale , and I am a Nursing student at Moravian University with experience as a Personal Care Assistant at Country Meadows. I am passionate about providing compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care to residents while helping them maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence. Through my experience in healthcare, I have developed strong skills in resident support, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. I assist residents with daily activities, provide companionship and emotional support, and work closely with healthcare staff to ensure residents' needs are met.
