About Bianca

I'd describe my personality as fun, friendly, and loving. I like working with kids because I've just been working with them all my life. I have 3 sisters 2 of which are younger and I am a very loving person so I enjoy spreading my love and caring after others. I have been actively working with kids for at least 5 years and have loved every moment of it!! One thing you should know about me is I like to promote good habits whenever I am nannying or in general. When I am watching after someone, I will always make sure they are getting homework, cleaning, and anything else important done first so that we can then have fun and not have to worry about what needs to be done later. My skills include that I am great at keeping anyone occupied and busy, I am great at dealing with any stress/temper tantrums, and I am great at meeting in the middle and making sure everyone is happy in any situation while still meeting the expectations of parents.
