I have years of experience working with kids of all ages. Since I started mother's helping in 5th grade, to now being 24 and babysitting any chance I get. In college on top of getting my degree, I consistently cared for two families. I have looked after twin boys who were 1-month-old and a 15-month-old baby girl. I am one of 6 girls and have two younger sisters who are 10 and 12 now. I have many references I can share. I primarily am looking to help out in any way I can. Bianca has been an amazing babysitter/mothers helper. I hired her to help me with my twin newborns and she was amazing. Very sweet, friendly, easy to talk to, follows directions, and has this demeanor that my girls loved. My girls were always well entertained, hardly cried (and if they did it was because they were hungry or tired not because of how she treated them) and I'm going to be sad to see her go back to college. She's very tidy, organized, and is down to earth. I didn't have to teach her how to clean bottles. She was willing to help me with anything as she liked to keep herself busy. It's hard to find a 21 year old that is on time, respectful, not on their cell phone all the time, and takes initiative.
