Hi! I'm Bianca. I've been a Licensed Nursing Assistant for 6+ years and truly love caring for others. Most of my experience has been working with older adults, including over 4 years on an Alzheimer's and dementia unit, where I learned the importance of patience, compassion, and maintaining independance. I've also cared for hospice patients and have experience in a hospital setting with a variety of medical needs. Supporting both clients and their families during such an emotional time has taught me the importance of empathy, compassion, and simply being present. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Public Health and am currently finishing my nursing degree. I'm CPR certified and can assist with personal care, mobility, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, and errands. Families describe me as dependable, kind, and easy to communicate with. My goal is to help your loved one feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while giving your family peace of mind.
