My name is Bianca , and I have experience providing compassionate care and support through both Direct Support Professional (DSP) work and childcare. As a DSP, I have assisted individuals with daily living activities, encouraged independence, maintained a safe and supportive environment, documented care, and built positive relationships with clients while treating them with dignity and respect. In childcare, I have cared for children of all ages through babysitting, including my younger siblings, nieces, and nephews. My responsibilities have included preparing meals, supervising play and educational activities, helping with homework, maintaining routines, and ensuring children's safety and well-being.
