About Bianca

I like working with kids because influencing a child's development positively is incredibly fulfilling to me. I appreciate children's honesty along with their curiosity. It brings me so much joy! I also appreciate their questions. When children ask many questions it gives me insight as to how they perceive the world which helps me to learn as well! I'm looking for a job that I can grow at! I want to develop relationships with families and impact them in a positive way. I started working with kids when I started volunteering at a food shelf at 14 years old. Manna market was a popular food shelf that had a nursery as well! Thats when I began my journey working with kiddos and infants! In my spare time, I like to workout! I enjoy physical activity and the gym is a great outlet. One thing you should know about me is I believe in strong work ethic. I will give my all to keep the kiddos safe and comfortable while encouraging creativity and fun!
