Bianca is the best of the best. She was our nanny for almost two years (until she relocated) and I would have had her forever. She started with us when my older son was 14 months old, just 3 weeks before our second son was born. She is caring, SO patient, responsible and flexible. She has newborn experience and toddler experience and I trusted her completely with my babies. She watched them grow alongside me, was a true partner and communicator and became a member of the family. My boys adore her, and when traveling to New York recently she joined us for the week - my kids were overjoyed to see her. Anyone would be lucky to have Bianca join their family, I whole heartedly recommend her.
