I've been caring for children since I was in high school, but have done more consistent nannying/babysitting work for the past 4 years or so of infants to elementary aged children. I have my masters degree in social work and have worked with a wide range of populations and kids of all ages throughout my career. Bianca is truly the best. We had such a wonderful experience with her and can’t recommend her highly enough! She helped care for both our four-month-old and two-year-old and was incredibly kind, patient, responsible, and attentive with both of them. From the start, she was proactive and always willing to jump in wherever needed. She was extremely responsive, dependable, and communicative, which made it so easy to feel comfortable leaving our two kids in her care. She handled the very different needs of a baby and a toddler with ease and was warm and engaging with both. Most importantly, she is someone we genuinely trusted and felt completely at ease having in our home and caring for our children. She was a huge help to our family, and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, reliable, and caring babysitter!
