Bianca took care of our kids (age 2 and 3) full time for half a year and the kids loved her from the first day on. She treated them with love and respect and encouraged them to try and learn new things (e.g. arts&crafts, cooking/baking, ...). Even with COVID strongly limiting opportunities for trips outside they had lots of fun together!
