About Bianca

I believe caring for a child is about more than being present-it's about pouring into who they are becoming. My love for caregiving began with babysitting my younger cousins, where I learned how meaningful it is to create a space where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. I earned my bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University and am currently pursuing my master's degree at the University of Southern California. I bring that same value into caregiving. I prioritize nurturing a child's academics while recognizing and encouraging the creative talents, interests, and skills that make them unique. I'm patient, attentive, creative, and intentional. Whether we're working on homework, creating art, playing outside, or exploring a new interest, I strive to make our time enriching and fun. Above all, I want to be a positive presence who sees their potential, nurtures their confidence, and encourages them to become the best version of themselves along the way.
