I had hired Bianca to look after my two-year old for a couple of months. Bianca is experienced, responsible and trustworthy. She is friendly and I can say that she loves working with kids. She was very patient with my toddler. She understands the requirements of a child according to their age. She is very enthusiastic and at the same time careful with kids. She was flexible and a good communicator. Her knowledge of sign language is good. My son enjoyed reading books with her.
