About Danielle

I am a current undergraduate student at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. I am a senior studying for a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Since my high school years, I have taught extensively, tutoring children in math, science, and; test prep. I have also worked as a tutor for Reconstruction Tutoring Co., a company that focuses on providing instruction that incorporates education on minority issues along with the traditional subject. I have done private tutoring on the side, and successfully watched my students' development into independent and confident individuals. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about science and math. I am a firm proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students. I believe that education should be a team effort, and I want to encourage other students to dream big in any way they can.
