I've been working as a babysitter for over 7 years, caring for children from newborns to 12 years old. I have a lot of experience with infants and toddlers, and I always approach each child with patience, kindness, and the goal of helping them grow in a safe, loving environment. I'm currently looking for a full-time nanny position in Arlington/Alexandria. I'm available to work 4-5 days a week (around 30-35 hours) and I'm also open to weekends. We feel so, so lucky to have had Blanca as our nanny and truly can’t recommend her enough. She is kind, thoughtful, capable, and responsible. She has a great intuition for what a child needs, and consistently demonstrated sound decision-making when it came to our baby. She is conscientious about development, nutrition, and safety, often thinking about things before I do. It gave us great peace of mind knowing our child was in such capable and caring hands. Blanca is also very clean, organized, and a pleasure to have in the home. She is easy to talk to, communicative, and brought a calm, positive presence to our daily lives. We are incredibly sad to be leaving Blanca due to our move out of state. She is truly a special person, and we feel so fortunate to have had her as part of our family. We plan to stay in touch and will always be grateful for the care and love she gave our child.
