Blanca has been a fantastic nanny to my 9 month old son. She started caring for him when he was a little over 4 months old. She plays, engages and takes him for walks everyday. She's always on time and communicates well with me and my husband. You can tell she genuinely cares about my baby. I'm sad to lose her, but she would be a great addition to any family.
