My name is Brenda and I currently reside in the East Bay. A little bit about myself is that I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and running. I grew up in San Mateo, California and studied at College of San Mateo. I then moved to Sacramento where I received my Bachelors in Psychology. I have around 8 years of experience working with grade school children in school settings and as a nanny. After graduating I also gained experience working with children with Autism and earned my Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate. I aspire to work with children in the future as an Occupational Therapist and I am passionate about educating others and assisting them to reach their full potential.

Brenda has been a sweet and conscientious nanny for my 7 and 9 year old (and also helped with all 3 of our kids at times.) She is reliable about school pick-up, following directions and getting tasks like homework and light meal prep done. She has been flexible and willing. She has been open to developing new skills such as attending a class in positive discipline techniques to understand what is important in our parenting, and most importantly my kids really like her!
