About Brenda

Hi! I'm Brenda, a 26-year-old with several years of experience working with children in both childcare and tutoring. I worked as an after-school and summer camp counselor at the Variety Boys & Girls Club of Queens from 2018 to 2021, supporting kids with daily activities, homework, and creating a safe, fun environment. I also worked as a tutor at Smith's Preparatory and currently tutor students in English and math, helping them build confidence and improve academically. I graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor's in Finance and Business Management and spent four years in a corporate role, which strengthened my organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. I'm patient, reliable, and truly enjoy helping kids learn and grow.
