From first time we met Brianna interviewing for caregiver for my mother of Indian Asian origin with advanced Alzheimer’s and recently diagnosed cancer you could tell Brianna is a vey warm and patient and experienced caregiver. My mother is a very fiercely independent and controlling person fighting us that She doesn’t need anyone (despite on occasion falling or passing out) Brianna knew how to give my mother space, listen tentatively and offered help when my mother allowed including massages and engaged mother in conversation having mother recount life events and stories (despite my mother living in retirement community and my father at home she has been withdrawn (common in Alzheimer’s)). My mother all the while did appreciate Brianna as a person.
