About Brianna

I've always naturally connected with kids and genuinely enjoy being part of their growth and day to day lives. I started babysitting in high school for my younger brother and other elementary-aged kids, and since then I've continued working with children in lots of different settings. I currently work as a substitute teacher for preschool through 8th grade in CPS schools and have also worked as an elementary tutor and school adviser. I love getting to know each child's personality -- whether that's through pretend play, music, crafts, games, or just talking and being silly together. I'm warm, dependable, and pretty down-to-earth. I care a lot about helping families build routines that actually work long term, while also making sure kids feel safe, supported, and able to be themselves. I believe in balancing structure with fun and meeting kids where they are developmentally.
