We almost never leave negative reviews, but this needs to be said. Bridget agreed to walk our dog while we were away for two weeks. She showed up for the first few days, then stopped coming altogether without informing us. We trusted that our dog was being cared for, and he was not. What makes this especially unacceptable is that she gave us no notice, which took away any chance for us to make other arrangements. Reliability and communication are the bare minimum in pet care, and in our experience, both were missing here.
