About Bridgett

As a babysitter, coach, live in nanny, and as a teacher, I have been working with kids since I was 13. I started teaching in 2008 as an environmental science teacher. In 2015 I started developing hands on, project based middle school programs on farms. I am currently a union apprentice carpenter working on the field hours needed to become a shop teacher. Since leaving teaching full time, I have maintened my connection with kids by tutoring, babysitting and volunteering at my nieces' school. I'd describe my interactuons with children and families as calm, engaged, and intuitive. In my spare time I like to be outside in my garden, spending time with my dogs, or going on an outdoor adventure (hike, paddle board, etc.)
