Britney is a wonderful compassionate person who will help anyone who needs help in any situation and will give her last support to someone who is in need of help. She is a wonderful caring professional who is always willing to listen, provides comfort to the needs of others and provides a safe environment if needed. She is skilled at taking care of kids with autism to 95 years old. She was able to assist her grandmother with daily tasks including playing games with her grandmother’s friends in the senior housing including domino’s, spades, bingo, bidwisk and made sure that the people she took care of lived a happy normal life with Britney providing the best possible environment for them so they could have the chance to live a fulfilling lifestyle. She encouraged them to do everything possible to make their life easier by treating each other with kindness, compassion respect and if needed she would also provide empathy as well. Britney is a great example of a good professional worker who will go the extra mile to make sure that the people that she took care of had a positive look on life. She never had a negative attitude she is always cheerful and always smiling even if she was having a bad day you couldn’t tell because she always put a smile on her face so that the people she was caring for could have a better day because Britney always created a space where anyone could be themselves and if needed to they were always able to vent to Britney about how they were feeling that day and they were able to be transparent about life. And when her patients were having a bad day she would be there for them to vent and just take the time to listen so they were able to feel that they were being understood and loved and cared for by a wonderful professional leader that Britney is. She was able to take the time to just listen and allow them to feel that their feelings were valid and understood.
