About Britny

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, empathic, and mature. In my spare time, I like to read, go to church, take walks at a different parks :) I have been working with children for 5 years now as a fully time nanny, family assistant, and paraprofessional for special needs children. I have 3+ years of newborn experience including newborn twins on a rigorous schedule. I am familiar with introducing solid foods and development techniques such as moms on call and tummy time. I know how to swaddle, extend naps through soothing techniques, and properly and safely give newborns baths. My style gentle guidance, firm and graceful. I understand that children need someone to help guide them through their big emotions. I am CPR certified and have undergone some paraprofessional training and assessments. I am experienced with children on the spectrum, autism, behavioral diagnostics, and down syndrome. I am also experienced in changing children who are immobile and nonverbal. I am a non smoker.
