Brittani cared for our daughter when she was an older infant. We had an unfortunate experience with our first nanny, and so were absolutely over the moon when we found Brittani. Right away, she impressed us with her thorough note-taking during the interview, and her warmth during a brief trial meeting. We are moving now, so her time with us was only a short-term role, but we truly wish we could keep Brittani as our daughter's nanny for years to come! She was loving, diligent, more creative with meals than we are, constantly narrating things for and talking with our daughter, brought age-appropriate new games into our house, was great about getting the baby out of the house and to the park each day, thoughtful about Covid precautions, very communicative and honest and collaborative, consistently on time or even available for extra hours, and even researched things going on in our baby's development. Our days with Brittani were filled with laughter and music, and she even taught our daughter how to wipe her splat mat and to love the previously-scary vacuum ^_^ Brittani is a real treasure, taught us the value of a high-quality/high-experience nanny, and we would highly recommend her to any family!
