Hi, my 14 years of experience includes care for many ages, multiples, allergies and special needs (and pets!) I also have my Bachelor's in English and have worked as a tutor, pod support teacher, au pair, and preschool teacher. I have a goofy and creative mode that I would say I default to when there is enough free time, but I can always switch to a more organized, assertive, calm and patient mode. I typically earn trust quickly by being open and honest with kids. Another trait that families appreciate about me is the way I take initiative. I come up with fun simple crafts and extra special educational projects for kiddos. If something is dirty or needs maintenance I will see to it regularly. Brittany has been a phenomenal asset to our family. She cares for our 18 month old son with such love and intentionality. She is attentive to all of our needs, including caring for our home and space. She is not only a nanny but a household manager. I hate to see her go, but our little one starts school this fall.
