She is attentive to their individual needs, follows the schedules and routines their parents have established, and makes sure each child feels comfortable, cared for, and loved. She enjoys taking the children on outings and trips and giving them new experiences. She is dependable, nurturing, patient, and truly invested in the children in her care. One of the things that stands out most is the genuine bond she develops with the kids. It’s clear that being a nanny is more than just a job to her—she truly cares about the children and becomes an important part of their lives.
