Brittney provided excellent service during our time away from our pets. I have honestly never had a better sitter for my pets. To go into a little detail, my vacation was planned during the early parts of the Covid-19 epidemic and the situation was tense and confusing. Despite it all, Brittney managed to do everything expected of her and more with poise and grace. She worked with a team of sitters to manage all the shifts during our vacation and did so phenomenally. She was attentive to us, sending us pictures and updates regularly and made us feel like everything was perfect at home while we were far away on vacation. While caring for every little detail with our pets, Brittney herself always put our convenience first and that's a skillset and attitude you want for your pet sitter. To be honest, I'll be calling Brittney everytime we go away on vacation because I felt like she was giving them the care we would have if we were home.
