About Bryce

Hi, I'm Bryce! I have several years of experience working with children through my role as a California State Parks Lifeguard and as a Junior Lifeguard Instructor for three summers. In that position, I supervised groups of children, taught water safety, led activities, and helped create a fun, safe, and positive environment. I earned my Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Organizational Communication from CSU Channel Islands and currently work as a commercial real estate professional. My background has strengthened my communication, leadership, and problem solving skills. I am dependable, patient, and energetic, and I enjoy helping kids learn, stay active, and build confidence. Whether it's supervising activities, helping with homework, or simply providing reliable care, I am committed to creating a safe and engaging experience for every child.
