About Cadence

Hi! I'm Cadie. I have 7+ years of childcare experience - as a babysitter, a nanny, a daycare worker, and a mom to a special needs child. I also have experience as a PCA (personal care assistant) for a child with developmental delays and aggression. I love watching kids learn and grow. My favorite thing to do with kids is arts and crafts and singing together. I feel a sense of satisfaction when a new skill is developed after diligently practicing it together - sitting up by themselves, putting on their shoes, writing their letters, etc. I am available weekends and most evenings for childcare and light housekeeping.
