About Cailin

Hello! My name is Cailin, and I am an experienced educator, nanny, and creative coach with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Art Education. I have worked as a classroom teacher, nanny, and mentor for children of all ages, including extensive experience supporting neurodivergent children. I believe in creating a warm, engaging, and supportive environment where children can build confidence, explore their interests, and feel truly understood. I enjoy incorporating creativity, outdoor play, games, art, and hands-on activities into everyday routines while also helping children develop independence and responsibility. Families describe me as patient, dependable, creative, and easy to communicate with. I value strong relationships with both children and parents and strive to provide care that is individualized, thoughtful, and fun.
