About Cailyn

Hi! I'm Cailyn, a sophomore at Alabama A&M University, where I'm majoring in Biology with a Pre-Nursing concentration. I have 3 years of summer camp counseling experience, where I supervised children of various ages, led recreational activities. I also have experience working with children with autism, providing patient and individualized support based on each child's needs. I'm comfortable following family-specific routines, preparing engaging activities, and communicating with parents. I have completed two CPR/First Aid courses. My experience has taught me the importance of patience, dependability, communication, safety, and being attentive. I'm also proud to be a part of the Sown for a Season team , where I continue building my childcare experience while providing dependable, nurturing care to children and families.
