Caitlin is the embodiment of joy itself. She is incredible with children; her energy is seemingly magnetic to them. She is incredibly patient, kind, responsible, and rational. Caitlin is pragmatic and is able to set her emotions aside to best deal with a situation. I highly recommend her as a nanny. It's as if she were made to watch children!
