Caitlin has a natural way with children. She is loving, caring, engaging, and trustworthy. She has a true passion for childcare and is always thinking of ideas for new activities and games that our baby might like, or places to take him - she is a not a “stick your kid in front of the TV” nanny! Caitlin is great at asking about your preferences and making sure she follows them, while also suggesting ideas to help (we are first time parents with a 4 month old baby, so always open to experienced suggestions! ) Any child that gets here as a nanny is lucky
