About Caitlin

I'd describe my personality as extroverted, energetic, and artistic. I like working with kids because they teach us as much as we teach them. It is also an opportunity for me to stay moving throughout the day. I always enjoyed helping raise my brothers. I got to be a part of developing the kind of men they are today. I started working with kids when I was still a kid myself. Having a single mom with Crohn's Disease, I was always in a position of caring for those around me. In my spare time I like to craft, snowboard, see my family, spend time with my cats, and enjoy the sunshine. One thing you should know about me is I will only handle discipline as instructed. I strongly believe in a united front and that is a very influential area in that aspect. My skills include putting babies down for bed, creative and fun activities, and meal prep.
